Going for company D&D tomorrow!

Going for company D&D tomorrow evening! Our company release us at 3pm as the D&D starts from 6pm. I applied for Off-in-liew hours so I’m leaving at 1pm instead. Will be going home straight after work tomorrow and get prepared for D&D. Meeting Qiu Hua at Cityhall at 6.30pm. So excited and nervous because it is my first time going for D&D. Bought a platform shoes for D&D as well from Bugis at $28 because I don’t own any high heels/ platform shoes. But apparently, online sells those platform shoes so  much cheaper! :@ I can actually get my platform shoes at around $20 only but then it is pre-order and I needed it this Friday. Meh, lesson learnt; prepared all top to bottom for D&D or special occasion in advance. 

Health screening

Left home earlier than usually because I've health screening appointment at work at 8.30AM. Reached office around 8.15AM and waited for my another colleague to reach so that we can tag along each other to go for health screening. She reached around 8.45am so we quickly went over after filling up the health screening form. We took height and weight first before proceeding to another room for blood test. I’m 0.5kg heavier now :C This is my first blood test and I told the lady who is taking blood test for me. She took very fast to get it done and I was feeling very relieved! Achievement locked ~ HAHA :D 

Colleague MC.

Slept early last night at 9+. Today another colleague of mine MC so I need to do her work, receive cheques. The courier man came at around 11.30am and it was such a big pile of D/O that requires to receive cheque. I did all the receiving of cheque alone and another colleague of mine helped me to key in cheque. In total, there were 40 cheques received today. I spent nearly 1h 15mins to get it done so I went out for lunch slightly later at usual.

First time generating month end report

Yesterday I  had to clear 3 batches of D/O coming up. Luckily D/O was being delivered up different timing (12pm, 4.30pm and 6pm). Then after doing receiving for all these D/O I had to match and staple / photocopy/ scan accordingly. Started generating month end report at around 6.15pm when I'm done receiving in AE system. Generated the month end report and printed it out. Pass to my head and she spot some "extra" stuff on the report. I quickly made amendment and swiftly getting it done :D Sent to all heads and continued to clear IXIX backlog till 7pm before leaving office. 

Was waiting for my friend to reach my workplace mrt station. Took bus 80 to Kovan for dinner.

 Had chicken chop with spaghetti for dinner ($6.50) quite salty though.

Staying back for month end

Feeling lost because my colleague went on leave and today is month end 

So many things to do but I can't stop doubting myself if I did it correctly or not 

Eating grapes for lunch 

Air fried these vegetarian crispy as snacks last night after dinner. I brought some to workplace today. Gonna munch on them after eating my grapes 

Yesterday breakfast and lunch! Bread spreaded with kaya and butter for breakfast, grapes and sushi for lunch 

The day before yesterday I also air fried crabstick and vegetarian crispy snack.

It was my first time air frying crabstick and it tasted like those bbq crabstick... still prefer boiled crabstick

One big pack for $5!

Gonna bury myself with all DO after lunch..Warehouse colleague came at 12pm and passed me one big stack of DO to receive and match.

There is another batch coming at 4.30pm and last batch in the evening (probably 6pm or 6+) ...


Another day of OT again, btw I OT yesterday for 1.5hr already... can't wait for weekends to arrive. 

Kuche Air Fryer Review

Bought this Kuche Air Fryer on Qoo10 at $105 after applying $10 discount coupon :D Have been wanting to purchase it since few months ago but I delayed purchasing it because I want to wait for my mum's new place to be ready. 

I chose self-pick up at Bedok as opting for delivery would incur $5.90 if i didn't remember wrongly. 

I have tried air frying chicken nuggets, seaweed chickens, popcorn chicken, taiwan sausage and vegetarian crispy snacks! It is really yummy just that you need to set the right timing and temperature in order to get the crispness like those deep fried!(Y) 

Looking forward to use this air fryer to make cupcakes and my fav fish! <3 

Lunch at Sushi Express

Lunch at Sushi Express! Everything at $1.50 per plate, haha ~ I love the prawns and mock abalone most! I had 3 plates of prawns and 2 plates of mock abalone. Also had saba fish, crabstick, sweet potatoes and more! They have complementary green tea so my friend and i have like 2-3 cups of it :D 

In total, we  had 16 plates of it ! Total bill was around $29 after GST and service charge. 

Cafe hopping after sushi!We had original tiramisu for the special of the day :) Anyway we bought this deal at $2.20. After this we took bus 66 or 67 (can't remember which bus) to Little India MRT station and on the bus, we saw Swee Choo Tim Sum restaurant. Have been wanting to go there, probably going there next time after our cafe hopping since the bus gonna pass by there anyway :D Went back to Sengkang for dinner at LJS because I'm craving for it and took train/lrt back home. 

Going to Ice Skating... Soon

Back to update my blog again in office, its 5.30pm soon so I need to quickly done blogging before tidying up my work on hands. Coming back to work OT on weekend as I need to clear backlog of IXIX soon so that I can fully concentrate on my new tasks. Planning to go for Ice Skating this weekend but I'm having period so I guess I could only go next weekend instead. Bought Ice Skating tickets on Group on and the expiry date is 9th Nov so die die must go before it expiry! Although I'm not pro at ice skating but it is really fun trying to balance on ice :D 

Sis bought bee hoon for breakfast today, heavy breakfast on Friday :D

My friend made a donation of $15 for pet shelter and received all these cute yummy cookies in return! So pretty and nice

Deepavali Day!

Hello! Finally back to blogging but using office desk com though. My current house now has no wifi yet so I couldn't access to internet easily after work. Yesterday I celebrated Deepavakli by sleeping my noon away. Woke up in the evening, showered and played a few rounds of mahjong before dad came over for his birthday celebration. We ordered Pizza Hut for celebration! :D Sent my friend off at 9pm. Slept at nearly 11pm ~

Colleague treated me this yesterday morning at work! Hehe, I guess it was because I helped her at work. #appreciative #recognized #happy

Met my friend at Tampines for dinner at Subway! They were having buy 1 get 1 free promotion and the queue was incredibly longggg. We waited for nearly 45mins ^O^

Ordered Subway melt for the first time ever. Haha, usually I order Ham. Subway melt usual price is $6.90 and with their yearly promotion means one for $3.45 only ~^O^~

Still have some stuff need to be packed later on! Moving to mum's new place today noon.

City Plaza x work

Worn long pants to work today because I need to climb on ladder to sort piles of invoice. So heavy -_-!

Bought these 2 cheezy heart cheesecakes in the morning at WhiteSands while on the way to work (*^﹏^*)

Bought this deal at Qoo10 while on the way back home after dinner! Have been passing by this shop at Tampines mall but never buy anything before. Grabbed this deal at 2 for $3.80. Hope this deal is worth it ≧﹏≦

Store room installation x work x snacks

Had these biscuits and a cup of hot Milo for breakfast before getting busy at work. Btw these are all from pantry. Brought pandan cake to my workplace but I have not eaten it yet cus I wanna eat biscuits in the morning 

Colleague drove us out for lunch then we headed to nearby Giant and shopped awhile! Sis and I bought big bottle of green tea for sharing at office and gotten myself 1 pack of snack as well 

Saw this Ricola sweets was having offer at $1.45 each so I grabbed 1. Teehee, to me this was my luxury sweets in childhood. One of the expensive sweets 

Colleague bought lollipop and gave 1 to me.

After work, while on the way back home I went to provisions shop to buy this door laundry hook for mum's place. 1 for $7.90 and in total we bought 4!

Two for bathrooms and two for rooms.

On the way walking back home and I saw people selling otah. Bought 4 otah for $2 but sadly the filling of the otah was so little and one of it had so many fish bones in it. Not gonna buy it anymore 

Yesterday noon, mum's new place some furnitures arrived and also they installed of store - room racks. Gonna share some pictures that my friend sent me. I didn't go and see before I was working. My friend went over cus lazy person got many off days to clear. Hahaha

Work x Auditors

Dragging myself back to work after 3days of non working life. But my colleague told me on Oct and Nov there will be auditors coming and my work load starts to feel heavy now 

Had to rush finish check June to Sep invoices one by one to ensure that they are in the pile and not missed out. Followed by need to continue my D/O receiving and matching on busies period which is every 11.30am and 5.30pm.

But they changing from instead of 11.30am and 5.30pm collecting documents to everyday at 4pm. Meaning I need to rush my work even faster from 10 Oct onwards otherwise I would have to clear my work on the following day 

Was called to go to one of the big shot room with my colleague to keep the big shot updated of how we are coping. We went in around 5.30pm and she talked all the way till 6.45pm. Woah.... it seems like going to her room is like an lesson. Basically, she called us to go in is to motivate us with setting goals and slowly achieve those realistic goals in order to progress better in our pace of work. Well, I'm gonna use all these positive thoughts now to motivate myself to save $$ instead

Today noon they were busy shifting my stuff to mom's new place. This is how empty my corner looks now

After they leave, I was busy cleaning up my room. Washed my fan and toilet before heading to prepare. Meeting my friend for dinner at Clarke Quay.

Had Shabu Shabu for dinner! We made reservation at 6.30pm but we arrived early at 6pm, before that we actually went to Liang Court to get drinks and eat sample breads at my favourite bakery shop

My friend thought the glass noodles were his udon....and the naive me believed him. Shortly his real udon came and I'm like... what a fool. You don't know it is glass noodles and you told me this is udon

I had rice because I don't eat udon. The udon portion was quite big thus very fulling.

Anyway I bought this deal at $6! Many of their customers came were also using the $6 deal for their dinner. Excluding gst and service charge so we paid $6 x 2 and $2.10 for the dinner.

Worth it for the cheap price of shabu shabu.

Packing my room x ikea for dinner

Just woke up at 10am and soon after that started to rain heavily 

Was supposed to go Malaysia last weekend but postpone to this weekend instead because I want to go for #tbmflea

Was told that next weekend Saturday, we are moving to mum's new flat to stay but I have not yet packed my stuff. Going back to work tomorrow to work OT so I can't pack it tomorrow.

On Monday is PH but I'm going for shabu shabu dinner with my friend.

The only day I can use to pack my stuff is today 

Spent my Saturday noon packing my room. Shifting home soon on next Saturday! 

Packed all clothing from cabinet and basket and set aside some work attire clothing for Monday to Friday. As well as some pjs set to wear at home 

Bringing 4 Pampers carton ( books, certificate, letters etc) and 2 big boxes of transparent containers (mostly clothings).

I have 4 big bags of clothing from my cabinet, online loots clothing, bags, notes,presents,camera etc all here! Also another 2 big plastic bag of stuff not pictured here.

Oh yes, gave my friend a bell to hook on his doggie's name tag yesterday. Here is a pic of it 

Spotted one of my last yesterday Christmas present and used the wrapper to wrap one of the buyer stuff. Mailed it when I was on my way out for dinner #blogshop #wrapper #floral #paper

Went for dinner at Ikea because I love the pasta!  As usual, it was very crowded but we gotten seats quite fast because the 2 persons seat are easy to get 

Spent $9.90 for all these excluding the drink and hot dog bun. After our dinner, we went down to grab hot dog bun with drink and ice cream as a combo at $2.

Therefore in total, $11.90 for our dinner. #ikea #dinner #cheap #happy #bloated

Going to buy this clothing hanger for mum's new flat tomorrow. My current room (at aunt's house) is using this as well and it won't rust 

Selling at $7.90 for one but requires drilling. Gonna get it before the furniture man comes on Tuesday so we can ask them to help us drill in.

Yesterday one of the colleague bought us muffin each for children day but I'm feeling that children day is not for me anymore 

Gonna turn in soon! Going for OT tomorrow to finish up my remaining work. But I heard from my colleague that the office will be very dark then I need to walk in the darkness to reach my office room  scary yet excited. LOL
